These Hatha Yoga classes are designed with the aim of resetting our day. Using a combination of techniques that help us regain awareness of our internal spaces, in addition to refreshing the mind, such as:
- Pawanmuktasana (simple and efficient movements that allow the free flow of energy in the body-mind area)
- Asanas (psychophysical postures).
- Pranayama (expansion of vital energy through breathing exercises)
- Meditation
- Anatomical awareness
Take the opportunity to dive within and experience how this practice not only recharges you with fresh energy, but also provides a sense of connection and expansion of the self.
